Shannon Foster, principle of the firm, has been a practicing attorney for 12 years.  Ms. Foster has been in private practice for five years, opening her firm in January, 2005.  Prior to opening her practice she worked at a Staff Attorney for the Chester County Legal Services office.  She has clerked for a current member of the Pennsylvania Superior Court while the Judge presided over cases in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.  Ms. Foster’s practice is built around providing clients with the highest level of client service during and after the terms of representation. 

Rolando Ramos-Cardona, was born and raised in Carolina Puerto Rico, he is the youngest of three siblings. Rolando attended Kansas State University where in 2002 he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications. He later obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law in 2009. He is Licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Since becoming a practicing attorney, Rolando has been actively participating in community activities that not only encourage diversity in the community, but also help children of diverse backgrounds and upbringings broaden their horizons and realize their full potential. Rolando is Married and the proud father of two. His main areas of practice include, (but not limited to), bankruptcy, consumer debt, and mortgage foreclosure.
